July 19, 20 North Bay, Sturgeon Falls, Sudbury, Agawa Bay

While Sturgeon Falls was hot and muggy, the temperatures begin to fall as we head North West.  Also, the bigger centres cease and we begin our journey through small town Canada.  Beautiful scenery and wonderful people as we go.

Petawawa houses one of our major military bases

Deep River for gas ... North Bay later today

The sky unleashes!

We stop for gas but the storm knocked the power out

Sat. July 20th we depart Sturgeon Falls & aim for Agawa Bay on Lake Superior

The Canadian towns spread out now and are much smaller
We were very relieved to see this old-style gas station - almost out of gas!
$193 to fill - we almost ran out of gas

Lake Superior Bay - 17 degrees outside - what a drop in temperature from Sturgeon Falls
